Saturday 28th Millcreek Ride

Hey fellow trail attack members. We are planning a ride up Millcreek on Sat. We will meet at Einsteins at 7:00 am and carpool up to the Big Water trail head. Park City Overlook will be the Goal. I am out of shape so I plan on taking my time. I haven't been up this trail in almost two years so I am really stoked. I may puke a few times but it will be worth it.

Pipeline...Lets Ride!!!

I am trying to get this out early in the week so people can plan on a ride.  I was talking with a few of you and we were commenting how we have not ridden in a while.  Bummer!  Plus the summer is halfway over!  

I say we ride the Pipeline this Saturday (7/21/07)  and meet at the bottom of Millcreek canyon around 7:30 AM.  I am up for changes because we want as many people to come as possible.  But I thought it would be fun to go for a ride a little farther south for variety.  Please leave comments to see who is in.

Also if anyone has any ideas to get this blog moving again and us communicating again let me know. 

The Bobsled Melted

Probably too late, but the bobsled ride has been canceled. Peace.

Anyone want to ride on Saturday? Jason and I were thinking the Bob Sled sounded nice?

BOB SLEDDIN

We rode up Dry Creek and down the Bob Sled on Sat. the 2nd. The Bob Sled is in Prime condition, every curve is super smooth and the ride from top to bottom flows. Nice car jump, and drops near the end of the run. I thought I had someone close behind me on the way down, and didn't expect to find the reaper on my tail. He must have been rippin it! You almost want to ride a little slower to make sure you don't miss anything fun, but it hurts to much not to go fast. Everyone needs to get up there before it's too dusty.

Damon and Spencer didn't make it to the top, something about his skirt getting tangled in his spokes, LOL!

The Prez is back and re-dedicated. Rumors of a returning Turtle Wax (Joshy).

I am planning on ridding DV on the 14th of JUNE! Anyone want in?

NEW Bike

We had a ride on Saturday morning with Josh, Jason, Chelli and myself. I tried out my new Iron Horse Mark 3 on Muler Park. It was more than I could hope for. Von at GO-Ride did an excellent job hooking me up and adjusting it for this fat boy. I hope to see you all soon on the next ride.

Sundance This Year

The Sundance Dates are out. I need to get the Pink Jersey off my back. So the more the better. Sundance is also doing childrens races and a 12 hours of Sundance where each team or rider sees how many laps they can do in 12 hours. Who wants to participate in that? Anyone esle ready to ride?

Trail Attack Clinic's

I know we have toyed with the idea of clinics before. What are everyones thoughts about holding free clinics on topics such as bike tune-up, trail etiquette, jumping , etc. I thought that maybe team members could come up to Tooele we could get the local shop to put the word out. Please post any ideas or comments.
